I paint in watercolor and oil on a daily basis in my studio and spend quite some time compiling reference for future paintings that interest me. My camera is with me all the time, as I find that there are many interesting things to paint and capturing their essence digitally for later ideas for paintings is convenient and extremely useful. Most paintings I produce are realistic and are of the New England landscape, Animals and Still Life genre. I'm always looking for something that will generate a spark of inspiration. This website includes previews of my paintings that are either auctioned on ebay or have already been sold. and shows some of my work from the past (coming soon). Due to the internet, it's quite exciting for the art collector to be able to purchase art at an affordable price because of the absence of gallery commissions which increases the price of a painting 35% or more.
